Public Meeting #2: Preliminary Land Use Alternatives Workshop

Poplar Point is a 110-acre site along the east side of the Anacostia River, bordered by the Frederick Douglass Memorial Bridge, the 11th Street Bridges, Interstate 295, and Suitland Parkway. Currently under the jurisdiction of the National Park Service (NPS), the site features open green space, wetlands, natural areas, and remnants of former government facilities.
