Development Visions
Red Brick Bridge District Plans
“The Project consists of two mixed-use residential buildings with ground floor retail and expands on the ongoing development of the Bridge District in SE DC. As such, the Project complements the currently under construction first phase of the Bridge District (The Douglass) while also bringing its own energy, amenities, and architectural principles to the neighborhood. The Project represents an important step in furthering the Bridge District’s goal of creating a thriving, high-density neighborhood that complements the surrounding history and growth with a mix of residential, including affordable residential and retail uses.”
